Privacy Policy
Sol Refill LLC and its successors in interest (the “Company,” “us,” “we” or “our”, or “Sol Refill”) collects information in connection with the operation of its website and services, accessible via www.solrefill.com (the “Site”), including how the information is used and how you (“you” or “user”) can access and correct certain information that we may collect.
Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information collected from you. Information provided to other third parties through the Site is subject to those third parties’ respective privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of any of the third parties, other users, or other websites on the Internet, even those linked to, or from, the Site. You should read the privacy policies and terms of use of all parties you transmit information to. For the purposes of European law, third parties and other users are independent controllers of data, and therefore they are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and their own policies relating to personal information.
Sol Refill’s services are not intended for, and does not operate in, the European Union and currently only operates in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Acceptance of Policy and Revisions
By using the Site and Sol Refill’s services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use the Site. The Company reserves the right, in our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy from time to time, upon providing you with notice. We suggest you regularly check this Privacy Policy for any updates. Notice will be provided by sending you an email at the address we have on file for you, or via our website. Your continued use of the Site after notification of changes constitutes your consent to any updated Privacy Policy.
Personal information we Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about the device you use to access the Site, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device, individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We, and our third party providers, collect Device Information using the following technologies:

We refer to this information as “User Information”. We use third party providers for our payment systems, we do not see any actual payment info.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and User Information.
If you’ve given us your email address, you give us permission to send you promotional email communications, offers on behalf of other businesses, or email you about your use of the services. Also, we may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us. This confirmation helps us make our communications with you more interesting and improve our services. If you do not want to receive communications from us, please indicate your preference at the bottom of the email.
When signing up for our services , you will receive a welcome message and instructions on how to stop receiving messages. By signing up for our services and providing us with your wireless number, you confirm that Sol Refill can send you information regarding your account or transactions with us, including but not limited to delivery confirmations, as well as other information that we think may be of interest to you, and you represent and warrant that each person you register for the services or for whom you provide a wireless phone number has consented to receive communications from Sol Refill. You agree to indemnify and hold Sol Refill harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in any way related to your breach of the foregoing.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 18.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Personal Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for delivery, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use the Personal Information to:
- To troubleshoot problems with the Site, or any services, as requested;

The Company does not collect your User Information or any personally identifiable information unless you choose to provide it. If, at any time, you prefer not to receive further communications from the Company, you will have the ability to unsubscribe from such communications by means of a link or to write to us to opt out. Transfers
The Company does not intentionally transfer your Personal Information. If you visit the Site from outside the United States please be aware that you are sending information to the United States and the other locations. Again, we do not govern or are liable for the policies of any third parties. Information may be transferred out of and into the United States depending on our storage methods and the policies and practices of the third parties used in our services. Our Site and services are not targeted or meant for residents of the European Union.
